Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ColorChi on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.
For inspiration, not advice
ColorChi's color, outfit and five-element (BaZi) readings are for entertainment and inspiration only. They are NOT professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. Use your own judgement for important decisions.
Subscriptions & billing
ColorChi Premium is an auto-renewable subscription: Monthly US$0.99 or Yearly US$9.99 (prices may vary by region). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. The 30-day free trial is fully free with no charge; you are billed only if you choose to subscribe. Web purchases are processed by Stripe.
Acceptable use
Don't use ColorChi for anything unlawful, or attempt to disrupt, scrape, or abuse the service or other users.
Content & intellectual property
The app, its text, design and engine are owned by us. Any photo you add stays yours; you're responsible for content you choose to share.
No warranty; limitation of liability
ColorChi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using ColorChi at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the effective date above when we do.
